Many people love brownies, however as I have been saying the last few months in my recipes, I can no longer eat food with a lot of added sugar, so I am always trying out new things.
One of the items I made this week was a brownie which is healthy and has just a bit of added honey, and these are raw and really delicious.
They last for weeks in the fridge, and you cannot eat too many as they are quite rich. Just two of these a day, will satisfy my sweet tooth!

2 cups walnuts
1 cup dates, pitted
1 avocado, cut into bits
1 tbsp honey
¼ cup coconut oil
½ tsp vanilla extract
½ cup cacao powder
¼ cup coconut, for dipping
¼ cup ground almonds, for dipping
Dough should be thick and look like this
