This recipe is slightly different to the ordinary Nasi Goreng as it has chicken as well as prawns, and uses shrimp paste.
It is very tasty and the spices should be adjusted to suit your taste.
If you do not want to go to the expense of buying shrimp paste, substitute a tbsp of fish sauce instead.
You can also add any vegetables you like to go in with this - broccoli or carrots would be great.

1½ cups brown rice
100 g prawns, shelled and halved lengthwise
175 g chicken breast, chopped
2 eggs, 1 beaten lightly
1 spring onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
2 red chillies, seeded, chopped
2 tsp shrimp paste or 1- 2 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp soy sauce
Extra vegetables, to taste (optional)
Best to blend this mixture first
Scramble the egg when it is slightly cooked
