Healthy Three-Ingredient Pancakes
You’ll be hard pressed to find a simpler pancake mix than this one, which only has three ingredients (and one of them is water). The resulting pancakes aren’t that sweet, but work great as base for your choice of toppings.
My favourite way to eat these pancakes is with almond spread and banana
: 5 minutes
: 25 minutes
: Up to 14 small pancakes, depending on the size you like them
All you need to do is add water
I added some leftover corn kernels to some of my mix
You can see these are starting to dry out and go firm
