5-6 kale leaves, thoroughly washed and dried
1 tablespoon oil (olive, grapeseed, flaxseed etc)
1 teaspoon sea salt
Tearing kale leaves into bite-sized pieces
If leaves haven't been washed yet, ensure they are throughly washed and completely dried
Adding olive oil
Tossing leaves in olive oil to gently coat
Ready to be baked in the oven
Crispy and cooked
