I had this as a dessert on a hot summer's night, and it was both refreshing, and delicious.
The only difficult part was making the tapioca pearls which I had 3 attempts at, and I will explain how to cook these delicacies, so that they do not turn into a "mush"!
: 15 minutes
: 1 hour plus standing time and freezing time
150 g watermelon
1 kiwi fruit
½ tbsp lemon juice
½ tbsp liqueur
1 tsp honey
For the slushi
For the Tapioca
#No refined sugar
You may need to add more boiling water as these cook
