Dairy Free Chocolate Overnight Breakfast Oats

This is an easy recipe that you make the night before, and no work in the morning, and no cooking.

It will appeal to children as well as adults, and rolled oats are also healthy.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes plus overnight
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Serves: 1

cup rolled oat - traditional
1 tbsp cacao
to cup almond milk
Bit of cinnamon
Maple syrup or similar to taste
Fruit of choice to top

Combine the oats, milk, cinnamon and cacao.


Cover and put in the fridge overnight.

In the morning, add some more milk if needed, add the sweetener of choice - I used just a teaspoon of maple syrup - and stir.

Top with fruit of your choice, and serve.

This will last about 3 days in the fridge so you could make more.
