This is a delicious recipe that is a great accompaniment for many meals.
If you do not want to buy Harissa powder, use another spice but Harissa gave them a nice taste!

3 large baking potatoes,
2 tbsp butter, melted
¾ tsp Harissa (you could substitute steak seasoning)
½ tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp paprika
2 tbsp Parmesan, grated
2 tbsp parsley, chopped
