This is an easy recipe that doesn't take long to prepare. The only thing to watch out for is that you do not over cook the chicken.
It is suitable to heat up another day, and the chicken is also great in sandwiches.

2 large chicken breasts - I use Mt Barker in WA
1 tbsp fish sauce
1 tbsp coconut sugar
2 cloves garlic, crushed
½ tbsp soy sauce
Bit of pepper
