Ingredients
Half a punnet of blueberries
Half a punnet of strawberries
Half a punnet of raspberries
Half a punnet of blackberries
3 ice cubes

Add ingredients to a blender.

Sometime I like to freeze my berries for a more refreshing 'hit' of nutrients, but feel free to keep them in the fridge, and add ice to keep it cool.
