Crab Balls Soup

This crab ball soup is so simple and quick to cook. It is perfect when you feel like a bowl of soup and it takes no time to cook. You can have it with steamed white rice or noodles.

Preparation Time: 3 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 4 servings

1 litre vegetable stock
20 frozen crab balls
Half wombok, sliced into 1cm strips
3 dashes white pepper powder
Salt, to taste
Steamed white rice, to serve


In a large stockpot, bring the vegetable stock to a boil.

Add in the wombok slices and the crab balls.

Cover and reduce to medium heat. Simmer for 10 minutes.

When wombok has wilted, it is ready.

Serve with a bowl of steamed rice and chilli oil.
