Quick and Easy Muesli Thins

Muesli Cookies

These biscuits are light, sweet and crisp. They are also quick to make and store well. I adapted them from an oat cookie recipe.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 36 biscuits

Muesli Cookies

125 grams of butter
3 tablespoons of SR flour
1/2 cup of sugar
1 cup of raw muesli (or oats)
1 egg
1 teaspoon of vanilla essence.

Set oven at 180 degrees

Melt butter and stir in the rest of the ingredients. The mixture should be a bit sloppy

Line trays with baking paper and drop teaspoonful-sized blobs around 3 cms apart to allow for spreading.

Place on Baking Tray

Bake for around 10 minutes or until golden.

Place on Baking Tray

Allow to cool on the tray before removing.
Enjoy with an afternoon cuppa.
