Quick Salmon Quiche

This delicious quiche is light and perfect for a midweek meal or to eat cold at a weekend picnic.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Serves: 5-6

Ingredients
210g Tin of Salmon (drained & bones removed)
3 Eggs
½ Cup of Cream
One Sheet of Puff Pastry
½ Cup of Tasty Grated Cheese
Salt & Pepper

Method
  • Preheat oven to 200 degrees (180 fan forced).
  • Line a pie dish with baking paper. Defrost puff pastry then gentle place over pie dish, pushing gently into corners.
  • In a bowl lightly whisk the eggs. Add to egg mixture the cream, salmon, cheese and salt & pepper.
  • Pour this mixture into pie dish
  • Bake for 45 minutes or until a lovely golden brown.
