Raspberry Icecream

This amazing raspberry icecream is created using only 2 ingredients and is so healthy that it can be eaten for breakfast or dessert everyday of the week. This recipe creates perfect sweet and creamy icecream everytime and can be eaten plain or enjoyed with countless toppings. Some of my favourite toppings include chocolate, fresh fruit, nuts, seeds, cinnamon, and syrups!



Preparation Time: 4 minutes
Blending Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 1 serving

Ingredients
3 bananas
1 cup of raspberries

Toppings
Sprinkle or shredded coconut, organic cinnamon, [linkhttp://recipeyum.com.au/rawnola/ rawnola] and more raspberries - yum.

Method
  • Place you pre frozen fruits in the blender. I cut my ripe bananas into chunks and always freeze a big bunch of them.


  • Now depending on the strength of your blender this could take 1-4 minutes. Keep stopping and pushing the fruit down until you get a perfect creamy swirl.

  • Almost

    Swirl

  • Once the frozen fruit becomes a swirl it is ready to enjoy. Scoop out of the blender into a bowl, top and devour!
