Raspberry Strawberry Banana and Mango Ice Blocks

Ice blocks that you make yourself are so much better than the ones you buy in the shops. You know exactly what goes into them and you can make any flavours you like. Perfect for summer.

Cant wait to eat this

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Makes: 4-6

Ingredients
2 cups of banana mango nectar
1/2 cup of fresh or frozen raspberries
1/2 cup strawberries
1 ice block tray with 4 or 6 sections

Method
  • Wash the strawberries and cut the tops off.
  • If using fresh raspberries wash those too.
  • Add all berries to a blender with the banana mango nectar.
  • Blend on high for 1 minute.
  • Pour the mixture into the ice block moulds.
  • Place the ice block sticks in and place in the fridge for 4 hours. If you have extra mixture you can always use it as a smoothie and drink it. I like to do this.

  • Pour into ice block moulds

  • When ready to eat, start with a corner ice block and place the corner under hot running water until it loosens. Repeat until you have taken out desired amount and place the rest back into the freezer for later.
