Raw Low Fat Banana Tiramisu
This is a raw dessert with no added sugar - the sweetness comes from sultanas and the bananas - while still a form of sugar, this is far healthier than a store bought dessert, or even one made with added processed sugar.
And it is delicious, and so easy to make.

Serves: 6
Ingredients
For the base
1 cup raw cashews
1 cup sunflower seeds
1 cup raisins
For the filling
About 5 bananas
1 ground vanilla pod
For the topping
2 tbsp cacao
1 tsp cinnamon
Raspberries - optional
Method
For the base
Put all the base ingredients into a blender or processor.
Blend or process the base ingredients together until well blended.
Press down into the bottom of a pie dish.
For the filling
Process the bananas and vanilla pod in a processor or blender.
Put on the top of the base.
For the topping
Mix the two ingredients together and sprinkle over the top.
I added raspberries to make it look nicer!
Serve as a sweet, or for afternoon tea with a cup of tea or coffee.
