Raw No Sugar Chocolate Pudding
I am always looking for a dessert to make that has no added sugar and this one is absolutely delicious - it almost tastes like a rich chocolate mousse!
Though it IS rather rich, it tasted very chocolatey and was healthy, in that it is made of three ingredients, none of which are processed or have added sugar. This is a very easy recipe that any beginner will love!
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Serves: 2
Ingredients
2 bananas
½ avocado
2 tbsp cacao
Method
Put all the ingredients into a blender or processor.
Blend until the mixture is smooth.
Put into two bowls and put in the fridge for at least 2 hours.
You can decorate with fruit or grated chocolate, and I also added some cream.
Delicious end to a meal, with no added guilt!
