Raw Seed Slice
Ingredients
1 1/2 cups puffed rice
1/2 cup coconut oil
1/4 cup chia seeds
1/4 cup currants
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup rice malt
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 tablespoon cocoa
Method
Melt the coconut oil and rice malt in a saucepan for one minute.
Pour the liquid coconut oil and rice malt into a mixing bowl and add the remaining dry ingredients.

Add seeds and currants
Press the mixture into a glass baking dish and freeze for twenty minutes before cutting into slices to enjoy for afternoon tea or a healthy snack.
