Redskin Fudge

This is a simple three ingredients recipe. It's simple to make and taste good.

Chocolate and redskins
Good quality ingredients used make good fudge

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 1 hour
Makes: 10-12 pieces

10 Redskins
1 200 g block of dream white chocolate or any white chocolate you can get
200g of condensed milk (half a can)

Equipment Needed
Slow cooker

Cut Redskins into small pieces to make it easier to melt.

Break up the White chocolate and add to the slow cooker with the Redskins pieces and the condensed milk.
Turn the slow cooker on to high, and place the lid on.
Cook for one hour stirring occasionally.
In one hour mixture should be fully melted and combined.

Fudge will look like this when ready to transfer to tray for setting

Line a small rectangle dish with baking paper and spoon in the fudge.
Using a spatula spread out the mixture evenly and place in the fridge to set. Approximately one hour.
When ready to serve take fudge out of the fridge and cut into pieces.
Keep stored in the fridge to stop fudge from melting.
