Rice Pudding with Strawberries
Quite often I cook too much rice, and this is a great idea for leftovers, and is extremely simple and quick to make.
The beauty of this recipe is the quantities can be varied to your liking, so I have therefore not put exact quantities in for some of the ingredients.
Even if you do not have leftover rice and have to cook some rice, it is a quick, back to basics recipe.

Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients
Any quantity of leftover, cooked rice
Milk
Sultanas
1 tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp sugar or sweetener
Strawberries (optional)
Cream (optional)
Method
Put the leftover rice in a bowl or bowls.
Add a few sultanas, and then the cinnamon and sugar.
Add some milk, as much or as little as you like, and stir.
Add the cut strawberries.
If using, pour some whipping cream or thickened cream over the top and serve.
