Rillettes de Thon

This is a healthy version of "rillettes de thon", a French dish. It's delicious on bread, crackers, pasta, or even on its own. It's a great one to make with kids - as they can easily prepare it themselves and will hopefully enjoy eating it too!



Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Serves: 4

Ingredients
3/4 - 1 cup Greek yoghurt (depends on how "creamy" you like it)
1 425g tin tuna
Juice of 1 lemon
Small handful fresh chives, chopped
Salt and pepper

Method
  • Place all ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
  • Serve immediately, or store in the fridge for later.
