Roasted soybeans are a delicious healthy snack that can replace the usual salty and sugary treats we often go for, such as crisps or biscuits. They can also be added to salads, soups, or casseroles.
Preparation Time: Overnight
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Serves: Approx. 15 30g portions
Ingredients
250 g soybeans
1 tsp avocado oil (or vegetables oil of choice)
Boiling water
Method
Soak the soybeans in boiling water overnight, so they absorb the liquid.
Cook the soybeans in an airfryer with the oil for 30 minutes. (If you do not have an airfryer, then you can spray them with the oil, and then cook in an oven pre-heated to 180 ༠C/ 160 ༠C fan/325༠F/5 Gas.)
