Rocky Road Cups

Excellent for Christmas day or any other festive event.

Preparation Time: 0 minutes
Cooking Time: 15-20 minutes
Makes: 45-60 servings

Ingredients
375g milk chocolate buttons
225g dark chocolate buttons
1 packet mini marshmallows
1/2 cup desiccated coconut
1/2 cup crushed nuts
1 Turkish Delight (chopped)

Method

Melt the milk and dark chocolate buttons by placing it on a bowl that is placed on a saucepan with boiling water.

Keep stirring the chocolate untill it's melted and then add the rest of the ingredients.

Fold the ingredients well in the melted chocolate.

Spoon in small portions of the mixture into mini muffin paper cups.

Place in the fridge to cool down.

Serve cold and enjoy
