Sambal Fish Woku

Sambal Woku is an authentic Manado spice that has a rich aroma and spicy taste. It is normally used to cook chicken or fish.



Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 4 servings

Ingredients
1 packet Woku seasoning
3 white fish fillets
2 tbsp lime juice
3 pcs lime leaves
steamed jasmine rice, to serve

Method
  • Heat 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil in a frying pan. Add in the woke seasoning and fry until fragrant.



  • Add in the fish fillets and coat the fish with the spices. Add in the lime juice and lime leaves. Cover, bring to the boil and simmer for 10 minutes until fish is cooked.



  • Serve fish with steamed jasmine rice.
