Scrambled Eggs with Tomato and Asparagus
A Hearty Healthy Breakfast.

Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients
6 eggs
4 - 6 stems of fresh asparagus
1 tomato cut in half
Butter
Method
Break eggs in bowl and whisk for a minute.
Heat up a fry pan, melt some butter and place eggs in, stir for a few seconds.
Put grill on medium high and place tomato and asparagus in until browned, about 5 mins, turn once.
Slice pide and place under grill when the above are nearly cooked, brown on both sides
Keeping an eye on the eggs, stir until cooked - they should look fluffly.
