For those of of you who don't know, scrumpy is a type of strong cider made in the south west of England; the name originates from the old dialectical term 'scrimp', which refers to a small apple.
There are lots of recipes for beer bread about, so I thought I'd try something different and make a cider bread instead. Once baked (and even before), it gives off a lovely smell of apples. Each slice is about 97 calories. If you want, you can check out my
bread making tips.
