Seafood Filled Avocados
If you like avocado, then this recipe is easy with no cooking - I have used crab meat however you could use chopped up prawns as well.

Serves: 1 - 2
Ingredients
3 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tbsp mayonnaise
1 tbsp red capsicum
Very small clove garlic, crushed
Bit of cayenne pepper, to taste
Small tin crabmeat
1 ripe avocado, halved
ΒΌ orange (optional)
Method
Combine the yogurt, mayonnaise, red capsicum, garlic, cayenne, and a bit of salt. You could put it in the blender to make a smooth paste however I preferred pieces.
Transfer to a bowl and add the crab or whatever seafood you are using.
Adjust the cayenne and salt.
Divide this mixture in half and fill the halved avocados.
Serve as a light meal, or as an accompaniment - I served it with my fresh cacao rubbed salmon.
