This cherry smoothie is fast and easy with only five ingredients to keep it simple. Clocking in at under 300 calories too, it's a great way to keep your blood sugar even and your tummy full until lunch time.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Makes: 1 servings
Ingredients 35g All Bran or 2 McVities digestive biscuits.
1/5 cup Black Cherries, drained.
3/4 cup Milk
1/5 cup Fat free yogurt
1 tsp of sweetener of your choice.
Couldn't be simpler; place all of the ingredients in your blender or magic bullet and process on high until smooth. This should take a minute or two.
Check the consistency. If you like it a little less thick, simply add another 1/4 cup skim milk.
