Simple Steamed Salmon

Steaming is a healthy way to cook your food without compromising on flavour.

Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 15 minutes
Makes: 2 servings

Ingredients
2 salmon fillets
2 garlic cloves
Handful of spinach (optional)
Brown rice (optional)
1 lemon
Black Pepper

Method
  • Place the fillets in a sieve on top of a saucepan of boiling water.



  • Slice the lemon and garlic.



  • Add the seasoning and lemon and garlic to the sieve and cover with a lid for 15 minutes.



  • Once cooked the salmon will be tender and flaky.



  • Serve with boiled brown rice and fresh spinach.
