An oldie but a googie! This is one of the easiest ways to make restaurant quality scrambled eggs which are sure to impress. The resulting creamy texture is so quick and easy to cook it feels like cheating.

Ingredients
3 eggs
25g salted butter
Method
Place eggs and butter into a cold non-stick frying pan.
Break the yolks and stir the butter and eggs around the pan on a low heat.
Continue to stir and remove from the heat if it starts to cook too quickly in areas.
Once the mixture becomes thicker and solidifies, remove from the heat and stir through a few more times ensuring the whites are cooked through.
We recommend garnishing the eggs with a few chopped chives and serving on a slice of hot buttered toast for a delicious and filling breakfast.
