This smoothie is packed with skin brightening properties; that is, Vitamin C. Vitamin C is an antioxidant known to fight off the signs of aging, making you feel good on the outside not just the inside.

Makes: 1 servings

Ingredients
1 cup kale
4 pieces pineapple
1 Kiwi
1 freshly squeezed orange
1/2 cup water



Method
  • Chop kale leaves into small pieces along with pineapple and kiwi to freeze overnight. Frozen fruits make your smoothie cold, thick and refreshing.




  • Once you have your three frozen ingredients, squeeze an orange and add its juice to the blender with the frozen ingredients.



  • Before blending, also add half a cup of water to the blender.


  • Blend ingredients until the consistency is smooth and thick or to your desire. Enjoy!
