Skin Brightening Smoothie
This smoothie is packed with skin brightening properties; that is, Vitamin C. Vitamin C is an antioxidant known to fight off the signs of aging, making you feel good on the outside not just the inside.

Makes: 1 servings
Ingredients
1 cup kale
4 pieces pineapple
1 Kiwi
1 freshly squeezed orange
1/2 cup water
Method
Chop kale leaves into small pieces along with pineapple and kiwi to freeze overnight. Frozen fruits make your smoothie cold, thick and refreshing.
Once you have your three frozen ingredients, squeeze an orange and add its juice to the blender with the frozen ingredients.
Before blending, also add half a cup of water to the blender.
Blend ingredients until the consistency is smooth and thick or to your desire. Enjoy!
