Here is a delicious and sweet way to serve sunny pineapples - slow cooked and drizzled in fragrant spicy syrup as you go. You can serve slow cooked pineapple as a golden side dish with pork, ham or chicken, or serve with vanilla ice cream for a unique, light dessert.
