Ingredients 500 g turkey mince
1 cup onions, chopped
¼ cup green capsicum, chopped
2 garlic cloves, crushed
¼ tsp pepper
¼ tsp thyme
Chili, chopped - optional
½ small cabbage, coarsely chopped
350 g can diced tomatoes
1 can 400 g tomato sauce - I used Barilla with chilis
Spray the crock pot with non stick cooking spray.
Crumble the turkey mince and put on the bottom of the crock pot.
Add the onions, green capsicum, garlic, salt, pepper, thyme.
Then add the cabbage, and next pour the tomatoes over the top.
Pour the tomato sauce over everything - you could use more sauce if you wish.
Cover and cook on low for about 8 hours, or on high for about 4 hours.
