Snack Salmon Quiche Made in a Pie Maker

Underutilised appliances are something I seem to accumulate. This quick quiche is a game changer, so get those pie makers out of the cupboard and put them to use. So quick and perfect for a light lunch or summer dinner.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 12 minutes
Makes: 4 pies

Ingredients
210g tin of salmon
3 eggs
1 tbsp thickened cream
1 sheet puff pastry
1 tbps grated tasty cheese
salt
pepper

Method

Preheat pie maker as per device instructions.

Defrost puff pastry then cut into circles to fit pie maker.

In a bowl lightly whisk the eggs, cream, salmon, cheese and salt & pepper.
