Snounty Slice
Dudes! This is the best thing I have ever created. It is a snounty slice, part snickers, part bounty bar.
But it is raw vegan and clean eating inspired.
Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes to an hour
Makes: 14 slices
Note: You will need a food processor
Ingredients:
Base
1 cup of pitted dates
3 scoops of chocolate flavoured protein powder
1/4 cup-1/2 cup of almonds
1 cup of shredded coconut
2 Tbs of chia seeds
2 Tbs of sunflower seeds
add water when needed
Filling
1 cup shredded coconut
2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1/2 cup of macro organic peanut butter
Method
Add all the ingredients for the bade into the food processor and gradually add water until you get a nice sticky consistency.
Flatten your base out into a rectangular baking tray.
Clean your food processor and add all the filling ingredients and mix it until it's a nice texture and layer it on top of your base.
Place the slice in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour and then take it out and slice it up.
Be good and eat one little slice a day or be bad and eat 3!
