Snounty Slice

Dudes! This is the best thing I have ever created. It is a snounty slice, part snickers, part bounty bar. But it is raw vegan and clean eating inspired.



Preparation Time: 10-15 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes to an hour
Makes: 14 slices
Note: You will need a food processor

Ingredients:

Base

1 cup of pitted dates
3 scoops of chocolate flavoured protein powder
1/4 cup-1/2 cup of almonds
1 cup of shredded coconut
2 Tbs of chia seeds
2 Tbs of sunflower seeds
add water when needed

Filling

1 cup shredded coconut
2 scoops of chocolate protein powder
1/2 cup of coconut milk
1/2 cup of macro organic peanut butter

Method

  • Add all the ingredients for the bade into the food processor and gradually add water until you get a nice sticky consistency.

  • Flatten your base out into a rectangular baking tray.

  • Clean your food processor and add all the filling ingredients and mix it until it's a nice texture and layer it on top of your base.

  • Place the slice in the freezer for 30 minutes to an hour and then take it out and slice it up.

  • Be good and eat one little slice a day or be bad and eat 3!
