Sour Cream Meatballs

These are so much more delicious than the ones soaked in spaghetti sauce. They are so good and creamy! I bet you will want seconds!
Preparation Time: 15 minutes
Cooking Time: 30 minutes
Makes: 3 servings
Ingredients
450 grams of ground beef
225 grams of sour cream
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of salt
3 buns of your choice
Method
Mix ground beef, garlic powder, salt and 1/2 of the carton of sour cream together.

Form into balls.
Brown balls in a skillet.
Place in a baking dish.
Spread remaining sour cream on meatballs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
Serve on buns.
