Makes: 3 servings
Ingredients
450 grams of ground beef
225 grams of sour cream
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of salt
3 buns of your choice
Method
Mix ground beef, garlic powder, salt and 1/2 of the carton of sour cream together.
Brown balls in a skillet.
Spread remaining sour cream on meatballs.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
