This was the most delicious tacos I have ever tasted. The spaghetti was cooked with vegetables, and salad added in the tacos, so this was also good for people who do not like vegetables - you could not really taste them!

Cooking Time: 55 minutes
Serves: 3 - 4
Ingredients
150 g pork mince
150 g best beef mince
½ tbsp oil
½ tbsp butter
50 g pancetta, finely sliced
½ medium onion, chopped
1 small carrot, chopped
¾ stick celery, finely chopped
1½ cloves garlic
1½ tbsp tomato paste
½ tsp fennel seeds or ground
¼ tsp paprika powder
¾ cup dry red wine
1 tin tomatoes
¼ cup thick cream
4 taco stand up shells
Lettuce, chopped
Tomato, chopped
Jalapeno, chopped -optional
Cheese, grated
Celery, chopped
Method

Cooking mince meats

Adding vegetables
Fill the stand-up tacos with the hot bolognese mixture to about halfway.
I put all the condiments in a bowl and let everyone serve themselves.
Add lettuce, tomato, jalapeno, celery, onion - optional, and anything else you want to use.
Serve - easier to eat with fingers than a knife and fork!

I served with broccoli salad
