Wedges are so easy to make, there is really no need to go to the expense of buying pre-made ones. You can add all sorts of seasoning to suit your taste. Here is a version that is both sweet and spicy.

Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients
750g baking potatoes
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 tsp clear honey
½ tsp mixed herbs
½ tsp allspice
½ tsp chilli powder
pinch of pepper
Method
Pre-heat oven to 200 ༠C/ 180 ༠C fan/400 ༠F/6 Gas.
Slice the potatoes into wedges.
If the coconut oil is solid, heat it slightly to melt it.
Mix the coconut oil with honey, mixed herbs, and spices.
Coat the wedges in the oil mix and then bake in the oven.
