Spring Onion Curry

An amazingly flavourful, quick and oil free way to make curry that goes well with any flat bread.

Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 minutes
Makes: 2

Ingredients
2 bunches finely chopped spring onions
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp kalonji (onion seeds)
1/2 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 tsp black pepper powder
1/2 tsp fenugreek powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp coriander powder
1/4 cup Water
Salt





Method

Heat a pan and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, onion seeds, fenugreek powder, fennel seeds, black pepper for 2 minutes in low flame.



Add chilli powder, coriander powder, turmeric and spring onions and mix well.
Add 3-4 tbsp water and cook for 2 mins till the raw smell disappears.



Close the pan with a lid and cook for 4-5 minutes and all the flavours merge well.
Serve hot with bread
