Steak Sauce 4 Mustard Sauce
Another great, yet simple sauce to serve with your favourite steak or any barbequed meat.
For a chicken or vegetarian option simply use the appropriate stock.

Preparation Time: 3 minutes
Cooking Time: 10 -15 minutes
Makes: 2 servings
Ingredients
2 spring onion (white part only)
1 clove garlic
1 tbsp. French/Dijon mustard
250 ml beef/chicken/vegetable stock
20 - 50 ml cream
Salt and pepper to taste
Method
Slice the onion and crushed the garlic and add to a sauce pan with a drizzle of oil.
Sweat the onion until it starts to soften then add the mustard and stock and bring to he boil.
Reduce by half, lower the heat then add the cream and continue to simmer until sauce thickens.
Season to taste with salt and pepper and serve with your favourite meats and accompaniments.
