Goji berries is a super food that compliments the flavour of a dish. It is great in salad, soup and steamed dish.

Makes: 4 servings
Ingredients
500g large king prawns
5-cm pieces ginger, washed, thinly sliced
1 tbsp goji berries, washed, drained
Method
Soak the prawns in salted water for 10 minutes. Drain and pat dry. Using a pair of scissors, trim the whiskers and legs of the prawns.
Arrange the ginger slices in a single layer on a heat-proof dish.
Arrange the prawns on top of the ginger slices and sprinkle the top with goji berries.
Steam on high heat in the preheated steamer for 5-8 minutes until the prawns are just cooked. Do not overcook.
Carefully remove from the steamer and serve immediately.
