Sugar and DairyFree Banana Bread

Classic banana bread can be delicious, even without sugar, dairy and eggs - trust me, everyone loves this.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Cooking Time: 45 minutes
Makes: 8 servings
Ingredients
5 ripe bananas
100g coconut oil
Level tsp baking powder
Tsp ground cinnamon
25g hazelnuts
10 walnuts
80g 70% dark chocolate
250g wholegrain flour
Blend the bananas in a blender until smooth with the oil.

Sift all of the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Note, do not add more than the stated baking powder.

Combine the dry and wet ingredients together.

Melt the chocolate and add to the bowl.

Blitz the nuts together in a food processor until almost ground.

Combine everything and pour into a baking paper lined loaf tin/dish. Place in the oven for 45 minutes at 180 degrees.

Remove from the oven and allow to cool for at least 15 minutes before you try a sneaky slice, prior to chunky slice for whoever you're serving.

Because this is sugar, dairy and egg free it works as a healthy treat, a wonderful breakfast slice, elevenses and afternoon-sies too!
