These Sultana & Muesli cookies remind me of the type of biscuits Grandma used to make. They chewy and sweet and perfect for that after dinner sugar hit.
Preparation Time: 10 minutes

Makes: 12 servings
Ingredients
¼ cup sultanas
65g butter
1 tbs maple syrup
1 cup of fruit muesli
½ cup of brown sugar
½ cup plain flour
Method
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.
Melt the butter and add to the bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients and stir until combined.
Using a tablespoon, spoon the mixture onto a greased tray.
Flatten the portions with a fork.
Remove from the oven and allow the biscuits to sit for 10 minutes.
