Ingredients
90g rye flour
70g wholemeal flour
100g white flour
20g golden linseeds
40g sunflower seeds
30g tomato paste
˝ onion
1 tsp mustard powder
1 ˝ tsp baking powder
pinch of salt
180ml water
Method
Bake in an oven pre-heated to 230 ༠C/ 210 ༠C fan/450 ༠F/8 Gas.
Chop the onion and mix with the rest of the ingredients to form a dough.
Roll out and create biscuits with a cookie cutter.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes.
