Perfect finger food for a buffet at a party, you can make as many as you need depending on the number of guests. I made a small batch, but if you want a large quantity, use a whole swede, and one rasher of bacon for every two cubes of chopped swede.

Ingredients
8 bacon rashers
¼ swede
Method
Pre-heat the oven to 220 ༠C/ 200 ༠C fan/425༠F/7 gas.
Chop the swede into cubes.
Strip the middle part of the bacon rasher away from the streaky part.
Place two swede cubes in the centre of the rasher and fold the bacon over.
Take the streaky part of the bacon and wrap it around the other way so the swede is secure.
Bake in the oven for 45 minutes.
