I tried these at a cafe, they where delicious but deep fried and oily. I decided to make my own healthy version. Pair these heavenly crisps with your favorite dip and you are ready to roll.

My go to snack.
Preparation Time: 5 minutes
Cooking Time: 25 minutes
Makes: 1 serving

That's a big sweet potato!
Ingredients
Chips
1/2 large sweet potato
1 tsp coconut oil
1 tsp pink Himalayan salt
Dips ideas
Roast capsicum
Eggplant
Pumpkin
Broccoli
Method
Slice the sweet potato into thin discs.

Thin discs.
Spread out on a lined baking tray and sprinkle with salt and oil.

Ready to bake.
Bake in an oven at 180C for 25 minutes turning at 10 mins.

Nice and crisp
Serve with dip and enjoy.

For my dip I blended avocado, chilli, coriander and lime, perfect combination!

Chuck it all together and blend!
