Sweet Spinach Smoothie

Spinach is renowned for it's nutritional properties, but can be quite bitter when eaten raw. If you add a bunch of leaves to a blender of juicy fruits, however, the bitterness is replaced with a sweetness that all can enjoy - it's a great way to get drinks into kids too.



Preparation Time: 2 minutes
Cooking Time: 0 minutes
Makes: 1 serving

Ingredients
Half a mango
1 banana
100ml of orange juice
3 ice cubes
A bunch of spinach



Method
  • Chop the mango and halve the banana.

  • Add all ingredients to a blender.



  • Blend.



  • Bottoms up.
