Tahini Date Bombs
These are irresistible on so many levels. Not only are they absolutely divine to devour - gooey, caramel-y and oh-so moreish - they are also super easy to prepare and have on hand to nibble on.
A perfect study snack or pre-workout bite, these little nuggets of natural sweetness will have you feeling supercharged with simple whole food goodness!
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
Refrigeration Time: 50 minutes
Serves: 4
Ingredients
12 Medjool dates, pitted
1/2 cup tahini
4 tablespoons desiccated coconut
Method
Place dates on a flat plate and slice them down the middle, taking care not to cut all the way through.
Dollop a generous teaspoon of the tahini inside each date.
Once stuffed, sprinkle over the desiccated coconut, then cover and refrigerate for 50 mins. Enjoy straight away or store in a sealed container for up to 1 week in the fridge.
