Tahini Free Hummus
Hummus an Eastern Mediterranean dip made from chickpeas. It usually includes tahini, which is made from sesame seeds. This version is tahini free, meaning anyone with sesame allergies can enjoy it too.

Serves: Makes 1 bowl
Ingredients
1 x 400g tinned chickpeas
2 tbsp olive oil infused with garlic
1 tbsp mixed herbs
1 tbsp lemon juice
Pinch of salt & pepper
Method
Drain the chickpeas.
Blitz all the ingredients in a food processor to your preferred consistency (smooth or slightly crunchy).
Spoon the hummus into a bowl for dipping celery sticks, carrot sticks, bread, etc.
