Tamari Glazed Tuna Steaks
Good quality fresh tuna is expensive but a must, particularly when tuna is eaten raw as sashimi or seared rare to medium. I would normally visit the Sydney Fish Markets
to get my staple, however I was lucky to receive a large batch of freshly caught Blue Fin Tuna from good friend and colleague Al McGlashan
This simple Tamari glaze complements the flavour of the tuna but is secondary to the fresh, melt-in-your-mouth barbecued flakes of seafood greatness. This quick and delicious dish will persuade you to venture outdoors and light up the BBQ for a dish you can enjoy over a few lazy wines with family and friends.
