Tangy Pasta Meal
This requires zero effort, plus a little. Good news for fitness freaks or busy mums. Or single men. Even a lazy guy could make this. And with limited time in Ramadan, this is for the days you can’t spend too long in the kitchen. Feel free to add spices if you like.

Cooking Time: 5-10 minutes
Makes: 1 serving
Ingredients
1 cup of pasta shells
Handful grated cheddar cheese
2 sundried tomatoes chopped
Mixed crushed herbs
Crushed black pepper
One or two full cups spinach
Olive oil
Method
Bring water to the boil, add a teaspoon of olive oil and add the pasta.Cook for 8-10 minutes or till al dente.
While the pasta is cooking, wash the spinach, chop the sundried tomatoes and grate the cheddar cheese.
Add a tablespoon of olive oil to a pan, add in the spinach and the tangy sundried tomatoes, with the crushed black pepper and herbs. Then when the spinach has shrunk and gone darker, add the grated cheese. No need to add salt, the cheese and sundried tomatoes are enough.
When the paste is cooked, drain and wash it and add it to the spinach pan. Stir quickly so it doesn’t stick too much.
Serve immediately.
